I believe I have an important role in supporting and promoting inclusion, tolerance, diversity in society, and recognition of human rights & individual freedom.

I feel it is a gift to be able to be a meaningful part of commemorating a life passage expressing not only what is important to individuals, but to be able to expand on that importance, nourishing our understanding & compassion, so that friends, family, and entire communities will be reminded of the their interconnectedness and their diverse history …the roots of which they came.
